Lindsay Taylor

Lindsay joined the Refugee Council in July 2022 as Executive Director of Finance and Resources. Lindsay is a qualified accountant with over 15 years of experience of working in social justice charities and not-for-profits.

With a particular focus on improving culture, increasing value and continuous improvement, Lindsay has led on several organisational wide change programmes and has delivered significant transformation working in senior roles for a range of national charities such as Scope, Shaftesbury and The Children’s Society.

Our Senior Management Team is a group of individuals employed by the Refugee Council that work closely with the Board of Trustees to deliver our charity’s operations, strategy and make key decisions.

They are responsible for making sure that we are achieving our mission.
