This week the Refugee Council launched the Big Give Christmas Challenge to raise funds for our My View children’s therapy service, which provides wellbeing support and hope for children and young refugees affected by trauma.
Any funds that we raise by Tuesday 5 December will be matched by the Big Give, which means that every donation will make double the impact—and we would love your help to spread the word, so that we can raise as much as possible to support our work with young refugees.
We recognise that not everyone will be able to make a donation at the moment, but we would love your help to spread the word so that people who do want to give something during the festive season know about the opportunity to double their impact.
Here are three other ways you can support the campaign
You can help the campaign to reach more people by liking or sharing our posts with your network on X (Twitter), Facebook or LinkedIn.
If you don’t use social media, or you want to share the campaign with friends, family or contacts who aren’t on social media, you can still support the campaign by sending them this link via email or messaging apps.
If you are thinking of making a donation during the festive period, you may like to donate to the campaign by Tuesday 5 December, so that your gift can make double the impact.
Alternatively, if you’re having a seasonal get together with colleagues or friends this week, perhaps you could incorporate a bake sale or festive fancy dress for a small donation—which will be doubled if you donate to the campaign by Tuesday 5 December.
Thank you for any support you can give!
You can read more about the campaign on the Big Give donation page.
