What is this service?

This service helps refugees who are at risk of homelessness.

We offer:

  • An initial assessment. This ensures we can help with your needs.
  • Advice and assistance with finding somewhere to live.
  • Making sure the property is affordable for you.
  • Pre-tenancy training
  • Help with accessing Universal Credit.
  • Help accessing loans or grants. This will help with rent deposits and rent in advance.
  • Advice and support to help you remain in your tenancy.
  • After you find accommodation, we offer on-going support and advice. This is for up to six months.

Can I use this service?

This service is for newly recognised refugees who:

  • Have been referred to us.
  • Referrals come through your rough sleeping outreach team in North East or South East London.
