What is this service?
This service helps refugees who are at risk of homelessness.
We offer:
- An initial assessment. This ensures we can help with your needs.
- Advice and assistance with finding somewhere to live.
- Making sure the property is affordable for you.
- Pre-tenancy training
- Help with accessing Universal Credit.
- Help accessing loans or grants. This will help with rent deposits and rent in advance.
- Advice and support to help you remain in your tenancy.
- After you find accommodation, we offer on-going support and advice. This is for up to six months.
Can I use this service?
This service is for newly recognised refugees who:
- Have been referred to us.
- Referrals come through your rough sleeping outreach team in North East or South East London.
