This service offers therapy for refugees and people seeking asylum in Lewisham.

Lewisham Wellbeing Therapeutic Service
Please note that the Lewisham Wellbeing Therapeutic Service is currently accepting new referrals.
What is this service?
We offer:
- Up to 12 weeks of individual therapy sessions. These can be for adults or young people.
- Group therapy sessions.
- A weekly mother and toddler group. This is for children aged 0-3. It is held on Tuesday mornings.
- Therapy for young people. This includes drama, stories, movement, art and play.
- Interpreters are available.
- Sessions online or in-person.
Can I use this service?
You must be a resident in the London borough of Lewisham.
The service is for:
- Adults and families seeking asylum
- Recently recognized refugees (within the last six months)
- Adults and families who arrived under Refugee Resettlement schemes. Including:
- Vulnerable Persons Resettlement Scheme (VPRS)
- Vulnerable Children’s Resettlement Scheme (VCRS)
- UK Resettlement Scheme (UKRS)
- Afghan Relocations and Assistance Policy (ARAP)
- Afghan Citizens Resettlement Scheme (ACRS)
- Young people (13-18 years old)
- Ukrainian refugees, who have relocated to the UK under the Homes for Ukraine scheme.
