This is an exciting time to join Refugee Council. We’ve invested in a new, mobile first, website and we’ve got enthusiastic support from senior management and trustees to build our digital capacity. This year the focus is on test and learn across a range of digital channels to grow our donor and campaigner numbers.
We are looking for a talented, ambitious and creative digital professional with experience across a range of channels, social, web, Google ads, email etc. We want someone who can run digital fundraising/marketing campaigns from start to finish – creating ads, optimising paid digital activity and reporting on results. You’ll be data driven and not afraid to fail fast and use the learning for continuous improvement. You’ll also be responsible for our new website, using a range of tools to drive optimisation. Analytics are key in order to test, learn and optimise and you will be experienced in using a range of tools from Google analytics to Hotjar to aid in decision making.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to wants to make their mark and play an instrumental role in shaping how Refugee Council uses these channels.
