Most of our offices are closed at the moment. If you need to contact us please phone or email us.

Please note:

  1. Due to a high volume of enquiries, we are unable to respond to every enquiry individually.
  2. We do not have a presence outside of England and are unable to respond to enquiries from outside the UK.
  3. We do not provide advice to people applying for asylum support.  If you require advice of this kind, contact the free helpline operated by Migrant Help on: 0808 8010 503.
  4. If you are in Scotland or Wales, please contact the Scottish Refugee Council or the Welsh Refugee Council.
  5. We receive a high volume of requests for help with research and unfortunately we do not usually have the capacity to support research projects.

Refugee Council’s Infoline connects refugees and people seeking asylum in the UK with organisations that can help. The Infoline is a national Freephone line open Monday – Friday funded by the National Emergencies Trust. Those assisting refugees and people seeking asylum can also use this service.
